The rural based Community Technology Centre network will hold 108 workshops helping seniors understand technology, including computer basics, email, internet, online shopping, digital photography, social networking, mobile phones, genealogy, and cybersafety, during Seniors Week in March 2012.

We will be running 5 x 2 hour Drop in help sessions throughout Seniors’ Week.
- Tues, Wed & Fri 11am to 1pm
- Thurs &Wed 2pm to 4pm
Each day we will provide one on one help to seniors with computers, mobile phones and other technology questions or problems. This may include help setting up their laptops, help getting started with their new Kindles or ipad, basic computer skills, emailing, email attachments, using their digital cameras, using a printer or using websites such as ebay. We will have volunteers on hand to assist seniors and will provide morning tea each day.
